We rent 4 seat & 6 seat Low Speed Vehicles in the Charleston area.

1. Click here to fill out the Rental Waiver or phone 843-940-4386 and submit signed waiver with photo copy of DL to contact@CoastalCruisingCarts.com. We must have your Rental Waiver on file to Deliver.

2. Select an available 4 or 6 seat LSV.

3. Receive in Person or Arrange Delivery

4. Enjoy your cart!

5. Return Cart to the same address as delivered in the same condition. We deliver carts and LSVs charged and ready to go, so please be kind and recharge your cart completely the night before pick up. A $75 charging fee will be charged to the renter’s card on file if Cart is not at least 85% charged.

Please note: Cart rentals are in high demand during peak season in Charleston, spanning from Memorial to Labor Day. This includes spring breaks in March, April, and May, the summer months, and holidays like Christmas and the 4th of July.  All of our carts are carefully cleaned before and after each rental.

We do our best to ensure that you’ll always have a cart when you need one, but to avoid being without a ride it’s best to reserve your carts early.

Rental FAQ’s

When do you deliver and what are your delivery fees?

All deliveries are made between 12pm-5pm and all pick-ups between 9am-12pm. We deliver your vehicle clean and charged. *Fully charge and remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before 9am Pick Up. A $100 Charging fee added to card on file for batteries less than 85%. Liability waiver must be on file prior to delivery. Download Our Rental Waiver.

Seasonal Delivery Fee (March-August)
$80 Delivery Isle of Palms, Mount Pleasant and SulIivan’s Island / $100 Downtown / Please call for Seabrook Island delivery. Unfortunately, we DO NOT deliver to Kiawah.

Non-Seasonal Delivery Fee (September-February)
$50.00 Round Trip Drop Off/ Pick Up Fee With In a 15 Mile Radius of Coastal Cruising Carts Warehouse, includes IOP, Sullivans Island, Mount Pleasant, and Downtown Charleston.

Event Rentals Single Day Delivery:
Event Rentals $150 Round trip Drop-off / Pick-up in a 15 Mile Radius of Coastal Cruising Carts Warehouse.

What's the minimum age to rent and to drive?

Renters must be 25 years old with a valid drivers license. All drivers must be 21+ with valid driver’s license.

What are the rules of the road?

All motor traffic and parking laws apply to Low Speed Vehicles and driver. Read Parking signs. Vehicles for road use ONLY. Do not drive off road or sidewalks, standing water, in sand, beach access or dunes. Renter will be charged for any unpaid ticketed violations and damages during rental period. 

Do you rent for events?

Yes, we offer a special rental rental package for weddings, private events, and special occasions. Our 8 seat cart is perfect for shuttling guests to and from a venue.

Event Rentals are 1 to 2 day rentals. Deliveries up to a 15 mile radius from our showroom start at $100/ vehicle. Planners and Renters should plan time to decorate and de-decorate carts. Typical cleaning is included.

What is your current COVID-19 Policy?

Every cart is carefully disinfected before and after each rental. We are not open for browsing carts at this time, as our showroom is appointment only to maintain social distancing and regular sanitization. For any questions on about our policies, please give us a call.

What is your cancellation poilicy?

You must cancel reservation 30 days prior to delivery for full refund.
